Communication Requests

Thank you for working with our team to provide information for students, faculty, and staff.

SAS Communication Support

We are asking that all SAS staff please submit requests for Email, Digital Marketing, Website, and Special Request/Meetings through our ticketing system via sasengage@uw.edu. See below for details on what needs to be included in the request and the timeline for submitting it. We aim to respond to your request within one (1) business day.

When to requestRequest process

At least 2 weeks before desired send date.

  • Include all information listed in the SAS Marketo request form.
  • Attach any photos or additional documents to the email or via a Google Drive link.

  • Attach image(s) to be included

  • Images of any sites that you are basing your ideas off of

  • What has caused this emergency
  • Who the contact person is
  • Who the SAS Lead Team sponsor is
