Working With Us

The SAS Digital Engagement team supports all Student Academic Services units by developing and implementing digital and print marketing. We can help with website development, email campaigns, social media initiatives, print media, and digital media creation. We look forward to supporting Student Academic Services in providing information for students, faculty, and staff.

Our process

Requests

We ask that all SAS staff submit requests for email development, print marketing, digital marketing, website support, special requests, and meetings through our ticketing system at sasengage@uw.edu. Your email will generate a ticket with a reference id. See below for details on what needs to be included in the request and the timeline for submitting it. We aim to respond to your request within 2-3 business days. All work will be based on UW Brand guidelines.
